Clive joined i-graduate in 2017 after many years in market research. He has extensive experience in continuous and large scale bespoke research.

He has designed and built research programs and business information solutions with diverse clients including Unilever, Tesco and Johnson & Johnson in the UK and US. He has spent the last eight years working on customer experience and voice of the customer helping the likes of Shell, Mc Donald and Open University in Europe, Japan and Australia.

When he is not playing with numbers Clive will be found doing some DIY, gardening or perhaps in his kayak.
